The fastest way to get a price from us is to send a STEP file. We can't quote from IGES.
Why STEP
A STEP file carries the part as a solid, so it comes into our CAM system ready to program and price. IGES files usually arrive as loose surfaces that have to be stitched back together before anyone can work out stock size or cutting time, and that is where quotes slow down and errors creep in.
Getting it right first time
Export the finished part, not the whole assembly, unless you want the assembly machined. One part per file keeps things clear, and several parts can go in a single zip. Tell us the material, any tolerances that matter and the finish you need.
No CAD?
Send a drawing, or tell us about the part in the notes box on the quote form. If you have a physical part, we can scan it. See laser inspection and reverse engineering.
