Subcontract CNC machining in Oxfordshire
5-axis subcontract machining from our workshop in Witney, 10 miles west of Oxford. Patterns, tooling, foam cores, fixtures and carbon fibre parts up to 3.6 metres, held to 0.2 mm.

Send us a STEP file and we program it in CATIA, prove it in VERICUT, machine it on one of our CMS 5-axis machines and check it against your CAD on a Creaform MetraSCAN before it ships. One-offs or production quantities.
Where we fit
Most of our work comes from composite manufacturers, motorsport teams and engineering companies who need 5-axis capacity without buying and running the machines themselves. We work to your drawings and your programme dates, and you deal directly with the people programming and machining your job.
What we machine
- Master patterns and mould tools in epoxy and PU tooling board.
- Rohacell and structural foam cores, including EPP.
- Trimming and machining of cured carbon fibre parts and inserts.
- Jigs, vacuum fixtures and check fixtures, designed in-house if you need them.
Sectors
Motorsport and Formula 1, aerospace, defence, automotive, marine and energy.

Yes. We design in CATIA and can take a part from CAD to a finished, inspected component, including the fixtures to hold it.
