Epoxy and PU tooling board machining
We machine epoxy and polyurethane tooling board into master patterns, mould tools, jigs, fixtures and check fixtures, up to 3.6 metres in a single setup.
Board choice matters as much as the machining. Density, thermal stability and machinability all trade against cost, and the right grade depends on whether you are making a one-off styling buck or a tool that has to survive repeated cure cycles. What we machine
- Epoxy tooling board, including BE978.
- Polyurethane board across the density range.
- Bonded and laminated blocks for large patterns.
- Master patterns, splash tools, moulds, jigs, fixtures and check fixtures.
Sealing
We machine tooling board but we do not seal it for tooling use. If your tool needs a sealed and polished working surface, we will machine to your datum and finish spec and hand it on for sealing. Worth knowing before you get the quote rather than after.

How we work
Send us a STEP file and we will quote it. Straightforward parts usually come back the same day, and up to a week where the geometry or the fixturing needs more thought. We programme in CATIA V5 and simulate every toolpath in VERICUT before anything is cut, and every job is inspected against your CAD on the Creaform MetraSCAN before it ships.
