SHAPE machines a wide variety of Rohacell foams – 31, 51, 71 and 110 IG-F plus some of the more exotic high temperature foams often provided directly by our customers.
Rohacell foam is used as the core material in autoclave cured, complex, prepreg carbon fibre sandwich structures due to it’s mechanical properties and high operating temperature range.
All Rohacell parts are fully CNC machined on our 3 & 5-axis machines (max bed size 2.6 x 1.5 x 1.0m)
