One shop, one set of datums
Pattern, mould tool, core and fixture can all come from here, cut on the same machines and inspected on the same Creaform system. Pick the material below, or tell us what the part is for and we will tell you what we would cut it from.
What we machine
Rohacell machining
All ROHACELL grades. Single cores, bonded assemblies and kitted sets, held on vacuum fixtures we build ourselves.
Epoxy and PU tooling board
Patterns, mould tools, jigs and check fixtures cut from epoxy and polyurethane board.
Master patterns and mould tools
Patterns, splash tools and direct moulds, inspected against your CAD before despatch.
Foam core and EPP
Structural foam cores and expanded polypropylene, profiled and bonded, prototype through to batch.
Carbon fibre machining
Trimming and profiling of cured carbon on machines converted for it, with dry extraction throughout.
PU fixtures and jigs
Vacuum, machining and trim fixtures, check fixtures and drill jigs, designed and made in-house.
Laser inspection and reverse engineering
Creaform MetraSCAN BLACK|Elite. Available on its own, without buying machining from us.
